KELV Communications ("KELV", "we", "us") operates kelvco.com. We're a local installation business, not a data company — we collect only what we need to answer your questions and quote your project. This page explains it all in plain language.
Information We Collect
When you fill out the quote form on this website, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), the service you're interested in, and any project details you share. If you call, text or email us instead, we receive whatever contact information you choose to share that way.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry — answering your question, scheduling an estimate or quoting your project. We don't use it for anything else without asking you first.
How Form Submissions Are Delivered
Quote form submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form processing service. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach us. FormSubmit's own privacy practices are described in their policy at formsubmit.co.
Embedded Google Maps
Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map showing our service area. Google may set cookies or collect usage data when the map loads, under Google's own privacy policy. We don't control or receive that data.
Analytics
We may add website analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, how people find us, and what devices they use. Any such data is used in aggregate only, to improve the website. It is not used to identify individual visitors.
We Don't Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever. Your details are used to serve you and for no other purpose.

Children's Privacy
This website is intended for adults arranging home and business services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we'll delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
