The ground rules for using this website and booking work with KELV — written the way we talk, not the way lawyers do.

These terms cover your use of kelvco.com and how service work with KELV Communications ("KELV", "we", "us") gets arranged. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to them. They're short and in plain language on purpose.

1. This Website Is for Information

The content on kelvco.com — service descriptions, guides, blog posts and pricing discussions — is provided for general information. We keep it accurate and current to the best of our ability, but it isn't a binding offer, and details (like availability or promotions) can change without notice.

2. Estimates

Estimates and quotes — whether given by phone, text, email or in person — are non-binding until confirmed in writing. A final price depends on what we find at your property (wall type, cable routes, equipment condition and so on). We'll always confirm your exact price before work begins, so there are no surprises either way.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

We schedule appointments at times agreed with you and we show up when we say we will. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let us know as early as you can — a call or text to (236) 349-7751 is all it takes. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another neighbor, and we'll extend you the same courtesy if we ever need to reschedule.

4. Our Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. If something we installed isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right. This commitment covers the quality of our installation work; equipment and hardware are covered by their manufacturers' own warranties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KELV Communications is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here reduces the care we take on every job — it's the standard language that lets a small business operate.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Georgia.

7. Changes to These Terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
